- Credential plans should be checked before enrollment. — Students wished they had mapped certification and graduate prerequisites to the course sequence earlier.
Our research team found that students most often wished they had asked sharper questions about applied learning, accreditation, and credential alignment before enrolling. The delivery mode matters, but the structure behind it matters more.
What we heard, synthesized
Students and practitioners consistently returned to the same practical checks: whether a school explains its lab and internship model; whether its course sequence supports a future credential; and whether its accreditation information is specific and current. These are original team findings, paraphrased rather than reproduced from third-party posts or forums.
